This Shipping Policy is issued by YARI Robotics Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By placing an order on our website or using our shipping services, you agree to the terms
outlined in this policy.

At YARI Robotics, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and reliably. Please review the
following policy to understand our shipping process, timelines, and customer responsibilities.

1. Customs Duty, Import Tax & VAT

Shipping Origin

All products are manufactured and shipped from India.

International Shipments (DAP)

  • International orders are shipped under Delivered-at-Place (DAP) Incoterms.
  • Customers may be required to pay customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional clearance fees depending on their country’s regulations.
  • For international shipments, the buyer is responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import rules and obtaining any required paperwork or permits.
  • If a shipment is returned, rejected, or destroyed due to failure to clear customs or refusal to pay import fees, associated costs will be deducted from the order amount.

Shipping Restrictions

International shipping is available to most countries, excluding regions under trade embargo with India.

2. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated dynamically at checkout based on your delivery address.

  • FedEx is used for most international shipments.
  • Bluedart and other domestic carriers are used within India.
  • We do not support Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

3. Email Address & Contact Information

  • Please provide a valid and reachable email address and phone number.
  • Customs officers or YARI Robotics representatives may contact you if additional information is needed for shipment clearance.

4. Shipping Time

Processing Time

  • In-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 working days, and may ship sooner when possible.
  • Pre-order and backorder items require a longer processing period. Estimated shipping dates will be provided at the time of ordering.
  • Processing may be delayed during peak periods or due to temporary stock constraints.

Delivery Time

  • Delivery timelines depend on the carrier and destination country.
  • Once the order leaves our warehouse, delays caused by customs, weather, logistics backlogs, or other external factors are beyond our control.

  • If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you via email.
  • Ensure your email address is accurate and monitored for updates.

6. Incorrect Address

  • Orders are shipped to the shipping address provided at checkout.
  • YARI Robotics is not responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
  • Address changes can only be made before the order is shipped; they cannot be modified afterward due to fraud prevention protocols.
  • If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges will apply, even if the original shipping was free.

7. Refusing Delivery

  • Refusing delivery of a prepaid order does not qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds or re-shipping will be considered only in genuine, verifiable circumstances where the customer was unable to receive the package and could not reasonably arrange an alternative recipient or pickup.
  • Any re-shipping costs, if applicable, will be the customer’s responsibility.
