This Return and Refund Policy is provided by YARI Robotics Private Limited (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By purchasing products from our website or requesting after-sales support, you agree to the
terms stated in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not purchase
our products or use our services.
At YARI Robotics, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with our products. Please read
our refund and warranty policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.
Warranty Period
All YARI Robotics products come with a 6-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.
Limited Product Warranty
Coverage:
YARI Robotics warrants the original purchaser that your YARI Robotics product shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for the warranty period mentioned above.
Exclusions:
- YARI Robotics does not warrant that the product’s operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.
- YARI Robotics is not responsible for damage arising from:
- Failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s usage.
- Damage due to wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
- Repair costs will only be covered if YARI Robotics determines that the issue was caused by defects in materials or workmanship. Otherwise, the customer will bear the repair costs.
- The cost of shipping for warranty claims will be borne by the customer.
To Qualify for Warranty Service
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from YARI Robotics within 6 months of the purchase date. To request an RMA, contact YARI Robotics Service Team at support@yarirobotics.com.
- The cost of shipping the product to YARI Robotics will be borne by the customer.
- The RMA number and necessary contact information (including name, phone number, address, email, and purchase date) must be clearly displayed on the provided template or written on paper and included with the returned product.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) must be provided to validate the warranty claim.
- All accessories originally included with the product with the original packaging must be returned.
- Authorization to return does not guarantee repair, replacement, or refund. YARI Robotics will evaluate the product and determine the appropriate remedy.
To Qualify for a Refund
- The product must be unused and in new condition.
- A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested from YARI Robotics within 14 days of the purchase date. To request an RMA, contact YARI Robotics Service Team at support@yarirobotics.com or submit a ticket at support.yarirobotics.com.
- The cost of shipping the product to YARI Robotics will be borne by the customer. You may consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
- The RMA number and necessary contact information (including name, phone number, address, email, and purchase date) must be clearly displayed on the provided template or written on paper and included with the returned product.
- All accessories originally included with the product must be returned.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
- For bank deposit transactions, any bank fees incurred will not be refunded.
Additional Terms and Conditions
- RMA Validity: An RMA is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
- Non-Refundable Charges: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Partial shipping charges are also non-refundable.
- Refusal of Delivery: YARI Robotics reserves the right to refuse delivery of returns if:
- The product is returned without a valid RMA.
- The product is returned without all original parts and accessories.
Remedies
- If a hardware defect is found and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, YARI Robotics will, at its option and to the extent permitted by law:
- Repair the product using new or refurbished parts at no charge, or
- Replace the product with a new or refurbished product.
- Shipping and handling charges may apply, except where prohibited by applicable law.
- This Limited Warranty is valid only in jurisdictions where YARI Robotics products are sold and to the extent permitted by applicable laws.
- Any replacement product will be covered under warranty for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
